1. Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

• Items damaged due to misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

4. Refunds

• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.

• COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
