These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including visitors and customers.

2. Eligibility

3. Products & Services

We sell:

  • Handmade hair accessories

  • Back-to-school hair accessories

  • Fashion jewelry and selected related accessories

Many of our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, design, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

All products sold on hairaccessories.ae are supplied exclusively by Young Fashion Palace LLC.
We do not allow third-party sellers, merchants, or resellers on our platform.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required before order processing, except for Cash on Delivery (COD).

We accept:

  • Online payment methods shown at checkout

  • Cash on Delivery within the UAE

In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order after informing the customer.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Order confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp after placing an order.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Handmade variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Refunds

  • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Young Fashion Palace LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE courts.
